lavojoy does not currently have any authorized sellers on Amazon. The authorized lavojoy retailers are Lazada, Shopee, Sociolla, Tokopedia, and TikTok.

HOW DOES lavojoy GUARANTEE PRODUCT SAFETY?

Rest assured the safety of our products and ingredients is our top priority. Our formulas are developed in compliance with worldwide regulations and meet the most stringent of requirements in quality, traceability, and safety. All necessary steps are taken to prevent the use of any substance which has been scientifically recognized to potentially jeopardize the safety of our consumers.

We have identified numbers of substances which will not be used in our formulas. This uncompromising approach, which combines the most recent scientific data and the latest technological advances, allows us to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS, ALCOHOL, OR MINERAL OILS?

None of lavojoy products contain the above listed ingredients.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE EXPIRATION DATES?

All lavojoy products have a shelf life of 3 years (1 year after opening). All products have a PAO, or period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. This information helps customers to use products at their peak efficacy, and get the most out of their products.

IS IT SAFE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE I'M PREGNANT/NURSING?

Our entire product line is safe for pregnant or nursing women to use. However, it is always advisable to first check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Yay, you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's journey to you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED?
